ADMISSION PROCEDURE

We have a comprehensive and transparent admission process to ensure equal opportunity for all prospective students.

Admission is on first-come, first-serve basis in all class. An admission test (Scholarship test)is conducted before admitting a child. Dates of admission Test/Interview shall be notified on the school notice board or Website later. The age for admission to Class I is 6 years or above. For Nursery, it is 3.

Every year registrations for the new session start from 16 August. The syllabus of our school is Strictly According to CBSE board, i.e;more comprehensive and complete, encompassing all fields with equal importance.The syllabus for entrance test is decided by the school which is mostly from the previous class of the student.

Dates of admission test/Interview shall be notified on the school notice board or website later.

    Documents required at the time of Admission :

  • Birth Certificate of the child from the Municipal Corporation.
  • ID Proof: Copy of Aadhar Card of child and parents.
  • Proof of residential address in the name of parents or child.
  • Proof of employment/office identity card of parents.
  • In case of disability/special needs: Medical Certificates/Assessment Reports.
  • Copy of previous report card.
  • Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/ Minority whichever is applicable.
  • Copy of Transfer Certificate of previous school.
  • 8 passport size photos of child and 1photo of each parent.
  • Admission to class Nursery will be through informal interaction with parents and child.
  • Admission to class V for session 2020-21 will be as per CBSE Based norms only.
  • Date and timings for interaction will be intimated telephonically and will be displayed on the school website.
  • Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.
  • Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of seats available.
  • The list of selected children will be displayed on the school website as well as the Admission office of primary wing. Parents shall also be informed telephonically.
